The enquiry lands as a lead.

Ana fills in the form on your website. ZartonAI turns it into a lead, rates how ready she is to buy, and drafts a reply for you. You read it in the truck and say “send it”.

STEP 2 · WED OCT 7

Quote it three ways, from the driveway.

“Quote Ana's kitchen rewire, good, better, best.” The estimate is built from your rates and materials, with an optional surge protector she can tick. You check it and say yes.

STEP 3 · THU OCT 8 · 7:05 PM

She picks Better and signs on her phone.

Ana chooses an option on her link and signs. The deposit invoice is drafted for the agreed 30%, and you get a message asking whether to send it.

STEP 4 · FRI OCT 9

Scheduled and staffed.

The signed estimate becomes JOB-208. Marco and Jen are booked for rough-in, the city inspection and finish, and it lands on everyone's Google Calendar.

STEP 5 · OCT 13 – 19

The work gets done and photographed.

The crew gets photo requests on their phones, so the before and after shots actually happen. Their hours and the materials they use roll up against the plan as they go.

STEP 6 · MON OCT 19

“Job's done. Bill it.”

The final invoice is the signed amount minus the deposit. It can't bill more than was agreed. The before and after report goes with it, and a reminder is set for a week out.

STEP 7 · TUE OCT 27

Paid. Closed. And you know what it really cost.

The payment is recorded, the job closes, and planned against actual shows it came in $190.50 under. Nobody typed the same thing twice.
